2026 Updates

Tiffany Greens Golf Club is under a new management group, Maxim Golf. This transition in December of 2025 has started much needed renovations on the clubhouse and golf course, as well as adding new amenities. Take a look at what’s to come in 2026.

Brand New Better Billy Bunkers

The Better Billy Bunker system is a patented method for constructing golf course bunkers that enhance drainage, reduces maintenance, and improves overall bunker performance. We’re excited to enhance the unique identity that Tiffany Greens has to offer!

Take a look at what to expect during the Better Billy Bunker system renovation:

1. Remove old sand and inspect drain lines

Excavate 6″ profile to allow for the 2″ gravel layer and 4″ of sand.  If plans call for an exposed thatch edge, calculate this depth in for further excavation. The floor should be smooth and compacted. Drain tile can be reused if it is still functional.

2. Install 2″ layer of local gravel into bunkers

A layer of approved gravel that is 3/16”-1/4” in size (4.5mm-6mm) shall be placed over the entire floor of the bunker 2″ (50mm) deep.  This gravel should be brought up to the edge of the bunker.  The gravel may be deeper than 2″ to shape the bunker’s floor.

3. ST410 Polymer is installed by certified installer

ST410 POLYMER shall be sprayed by a certified and trained installer. The treated bunker shall be allowed to cure for approximately 24 hours prior to quality control.  A sturdy pliable layer of glued gravel will be the result.

4. Polymer is cured for 24 hours and quality controlled

Every square foot of the bunker will be quality controlled to ensure that a proper application took place. After QC, sand may be installed immediately.

5. Sand installation

The tested and approved bunker sand is installed in the bunker and compacted at least four inches deep. Bunker sand should be examined for the proper particle size, color, drainage characteristics, angularity, angle of repose and ability to bridge with the drainage stone.

6. Final Product

The end result is a great playing bunker no matter the weather conditions.

New Roof Installation

A new roof was installed in January of 2026.

Updated Parking Lot

KC Asphalt will be patching, sealing, and striping the parking lot in March.

Water Edging

The weeds began to overgrow surrounding the lakes on the golf course. This winter, our team went in and edged them all down, creating a sharp, clean look to start 2026.

Golf simulators

Our goal is to have golf simulators ready to go by the Winter of 2026 to provide our members and patrons the opportunity to continue golfing, even when the weather dips below freezing. More updates on this project will be coming soon.

Full Service Kitchen

Our team is revamping the pub and bringing back a full service kitchen. We plan to start serving a limited menu towards the end of March as we progress towards a full service kitchen later this spring.

Meet Our New Head Chef, Ny Cox

Ny was born in New York but has called KC home for the last dozen years. He earned his culinary degree in 2016 after which he worked at Lake Quivira Country Club before starting his own catering business. Ny lives in KC with his wife and his two year old son.

Please welcome Ny when you see him at club as we push towards our goal of having the kitchen open and fully operational by the end of the month. The menu is being developed and will be available to view soon.
